Hunter Gatherings offers a fully bespoke service including; save the dates, invitations, on the day details and hand drawn maps to personalise your day. All designed and created by me, by hand in the studio, before digitising, specialising in watercolours and calligraphy.

Bespoke design fee starting from £300*
A full quote will be provided on enquiry.
* this includes the main invitation design, any extras will incur an additional cost.
Some elements of the design may be able to be used within the on the day the items too.
The fee may be less if the design work is only one element of stationery.
Eg. Invites only or On the day items only.
The Design Process
How it works
From your initial enquiry, through to the delivery of your stationery here is how your journey will look.
My aim is always to create wedding stationery for your special wedding day, which is as unique as you.
With bespoke stationery we'll work together to create a perfect design purely for you.
Starting with a call to discuss your requirements before working on your ideas, creating your personalised designs, proofs and then final your hand crafted stationery.

Consultation call
~ zoom, phone or in person. Sample requests and initial chat
Design Development
~ personalised moodboard, research, initial ideas and designs.
Complete my wording documents
~ these will help you with all of the information you'll need to provide to your guests.
Drawing, painting, designing
~ this is the time that I will be working on your designs.
Proofs
~ you have 2 rounds of digital proofs as part of the process, further changes will be charged.
Printing and Processing
~ Once you're happy with your proofs, I'll send them off to print on high quality card stock and then any final touches will be added before they are all individually checked, packaged and sent out to you.
Delivery
~ if you are local, then your items can be collected or delivery will be via tracked postal service.
This process is repeated throughout your journey for all elements;
Save the Dates, Invites and On the Day stationery.
